About Arthur L. Germain, MD Arthur L. Germain, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in diagnosis, non-invasive treatment, and rehabilitation of spinal conditions. Upon earning a medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine, he completed an orthopaedic surgery residency program at CMDNJ, now known as Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. During his residency, he had comprehensive training in all aspects of spinal conditions, including scoliosis, trauma, stenosis, disc surgery, and reconstruction of severe deformity and cancer, working extensively with the top spine specialty group at the medical school.
