Andrew J. Lovy MD, MS, is a fellowship trained Hand and Upper Extremity surgeon. He is skilled in the treatment of arthritic and traumatic disorders of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. His expertise includes arthroscopic and minimally invasive treatments of nerve compression syndromes, repair and reconstruction of tendon injuries, and sports injuries. Additionally, he has a particular interest in brachial plexus injuries, peripheral nerve surgery and microvascular reconstruction. Dr. Lovy completed his completed his internship and residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Lovy then finished his fellowship training at the world renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in hand, upper extremity and microvascular surgery.
