UP STUDIO PILATES

UP Studio Pilates is a premier Pilates studio located in downtown Boca Raton. Our instructors are certified in the classical Pilates method and have extensive experience teaching Pilates. Some of them are also physiotherapists and quiroprats. Our studio is one of the most fully equipped in the area and offers a variety of classes for all levels, including: reformer classes, tower classes, mat classes, such as private and semi-private instruction. We have helped over 1,000 clients meet their health goals. Our classes are designed to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, and to help preventing or healing injuries.
