We are a friendly group of Internal Martial Art enthusiasts that take a holistic approach to all aspects of life. We train with a balanced approach to self improvement that combines Mind, Body, and Spirit. We offer traditional teaching, and authentic instruction in Tai Chi - Bagua - Hsing Yi - Qigong. All of these "Sister Arts" were originally taught for martial application, they are mainly practiced today as an excellent form of exercise with many health benefits. All of the martial arts we teach are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
