The Pediatric Feeding Institute of South Florida

The Pediatric Feeding Institute of South Florida (PFISF) is a team of speech pathologists and occupational therapists who specialize in the evaluation and treatment of infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and adolescents with pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. We are committed to implementing innovative methods to address complex pediatric feeding disorders in order to create positive mealtime experiences and optimize functional feeding skills that generalize to the natural environment and are long-lasting. Our therapy is individualized and responsive to the child’s needs, using oral motor, sensory, and behavioral approaches as appropriate. In addition, we also offer occupational therapy and speech-language therapy.
