The Bilgrav School

The Bilgrav School is a first through eighth grade school dedicated to a child-centered Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach to educating, equipping and empowering dyslexic students to excel with their gifts and talents. Our professional faculty have a comprehensive understanding of dyslexic learners. We employ OG teaching techniques that inspire students to discover their dyslexic strengths, such as three-dimensional problem-solving, heightened pattern-recognition, “whole picture” thinking and multi-sensory learning. Daily one-on-one professional OG tutoring, Literature and writing for dyslexic learners, Inter-disciplinary math, science, history and literature arts integration as a well as, exercise and fun breaks throughout the day.
