Dana Swanson's grandparents, Steve & Judy Chefan, founded Stevenson Building & Design in 1968. Her father, Brent Swanson, was also a part of the team. They specialized in multi-million dollar "Turn-key" properties throughout the world. Their custom homes can be seen today on the Boca Raton Inlet, St. Andrews, Sanctuary, Boca Marina, West Boca, in the Bahamas, Colorado, NYC and more! Dana joined the team in 2011 while also getting her degree in Interior Design. Since then, Dana has branched out after receiving her GC license in 2020. Her focus remains on high-end properties to include single family homes, condominiums, and investment properties.
