Susan Oakes, Photoshop & Graphics Instructor

As a working digital artist and graphic designer, I also teach InDesign & Illustrator, but mostly Photoshop. I specialize in teaching new people (mostly adults) Photoshop both at Palm Beach State College, the School District of Palm Beach County (both in Community and Adult Ed areas) and also to private students. One of the cornerstones of my classes is my belief that they must be tailored to the needs & goals of my students who have tremendous variation in their experience and skills. It is my primary job to ascertain what they need to help them attain their goals. I strive to promote a low pressure and welcoming atmosphere, geared to the needs and goals of adult students to help them discover Photoshop's endless creative possibilities.
