Summit Wellness of Jupiter is owned by a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. We specialize in Family Medicine, serving as a Concierge Wellness Office, located in Jupiter, Florida. We provide RAPID COIVD-19 TESTING - Antigen and Antibody tests are available. Results within 15 minutes! We provide services for the whole family - from infants through the geriatric population We manage basic healthcare needs; order lab tests and imaging as needed; provide telehealth and home visits for care. We work with phlebotomists that come to the house to draw your labs if requested. We also have a connection with at home IV hydration staff if necessary.
