SLAM is a nonprofit network of public charter schools serving students in grades 6-12 throughout the nation. Our purpose is to prepare students for post secondary careers through innovative educational programs sports- related themes and experiential learning. At SLAM, students in grades 6-12 prepare for post-secondary careers through academies in Sports Medicine, Sports Media, Sports Marketing, Entertainment, Arts and Management. The educational program integrates sports-related themes into a rigorous curriculum to engage and motivate students.
