Side Project Inc.

Side Project Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote social justice and social change by incubating and developing grassroots projects. Since 2012, we have helped hundreds of grassroots nonprofit organizations establish a strong foundation by helping them with legal and operational challenges. Creating a nonprofit corporation requires more than just filing paperwork with the state. In addition to the many legal and regulatory challenges, nonprofit founders are also developing programs and creating fundraising strategies. We help grassroots community-based projects who are advancing social change and social justice are eligible for our low bono Nonprofit Start up package
