We live up to our idea of "Made The Medieval Way" ideal by hand painting all of our work here in the USA. We also make sure to only use our private library of heraldic reference books to research the coat of arms ( we never use online databases, they are full of errors) In addition, we are never too busy to discuss your requests, lineage, and what we find ( and it's meaning) in our reference books with you. No strings attached, as we do love what we do.
