CrossFit class uses the methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. It will challenge you mentally & physically as well as totally changing your life. Classes are Mon-Fri 5am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm*, Sat 9am and 10am *No 6:30pm on Friday Bootcamp class uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity, but will not involve heavy technical barbell lifts or advanced gymnastics movements. Our Bootcamp class is 45 minutes long, where you can expect cardio, core, and full-body movements utilizing kettlebells and dumbbells. Classes are offered Monday - Friday at 7:15am, 10:15am and Saturday at 8:00am.
