Our Customer Care Center, located at 9045 Jog Rd. Boynton Beach, 33437, provides assistance with all aspects of residential and business water and wastewater accounts, including: opening/closing accounts, meter reading, paying your bill, and other account inquiries. Customer Care has a lobby for walk-in service, as well as a drive thru window. Our Western Region Customer Care Center is located in the Glades Office Building, 2976 State Road 15, Belle Glade, 33430. Our Administrative office located at 8100 Forest Hill Boulevard, in Okeeheelee Park, provides Contract Management assistance for construction meters; Plan Review & Engineering services for developers; and general assistance regarding our service area and facilities.
