One Source Screening Solutions, LLC provides drug screen collection services for TPAs, employers and governmental agencies utilizing their contracted laboratories: Quest (Preferred Collection Site), Labcorp, CRL, USDTL, Alere, onsite Rapid POCT and Breath Alcohol Testing. Our collectors and BA technicians are DOT certified per 49 CFR Part 40 regulations. We offer private contracts for the above services to employers not affiliated with a TPA. Contracted entities requiring SAMHSA Federal and/or Florida Drugfree Workforce services, testing is performed by Quest Employer Solutions and are certified by Seth H. Portnoy, D,O,. MRO. OSSS provides substance abuse screening services for legal/court/personal matters.
