Dr Richards has a particular interest in the management of glomerulonephritis, as he trained at the University of North Carolina under Dr Ronald Falk, an expert in these conditions. He is also a strong proponent of medical education, teaching Florida Atlantic University College of Medicine medical students and internal medicine residents in the classroom and on the wards. He has authored numerous articles including “Anabolic Steroid Induced Liver Injury and Cholemic Nephropathy and Usf1, A Suppressor of the Circadian Clock Mutant, Reveals the Nature of the DNA-binding of he CLOCK:BMAL1 Complex in Mice.”
