Love & Light Bodywork

Love & Light Bodywork LLC creates a sacred safe space to receive wellness services allowing others to restore and rejuvenate. Offering various forms of bodywork to allow others to remember their wholeness and be the best versions of themselves. Alex uses different massage modalities such as cupping, aromatherapy, deep tissue, Swedish and more to honor the physical needs of each person. Alex also uses energy work, yoga, and crystal therapy to honor the mental, emotional and spiritual needs of each individual. This guides each person to a more grounded, centered, and connected state of being that facilitates a deep awareness of their mind, body, and spirit.
