As a business attorney and mediator, my goal is to help people listen to each other's point of view. When writing, reviewing, or negotiating a contract, I focus on the goals of all sides and work to accomplish the best result for my client. As a Circuit, Family, and Appellate Mediator, my role is, once again, to listen to the position of each side of a dispute and help resolve the conflict by having each side consider the strengths and weaknesses of each case, moving them cooperatively toward a realistic resolution of their design. My law background ranges from construction to art law, small business to Fortune 100 Companies, trademarks and copyrights; and I have been mediating cases in Florida since 1998.
