Mr. Kerr began his legal career with a highly regarded insurance defense firm located in Rockville, Maryland, a suburb of the Washington DC Metro Area, where he defended auto negligence cases and workers’ compensation cases and also prosecuted damage to underground facilities for a large Mid Atlantic utility. Upon moving to Florida Mr. Kerr expanded his areas of practice to include corporate, real estate and immigration matters. While practicing law here in South Florida, Mr. Kerr played a significant role in the development a 25 MW biomass facility located in the Greater Toronto Area, which achieved commercial operation in June, 2015.
