Katie's Kids Yoga School and Community Based Programs feature active yoga classes, energizing music, engaging activities, team work exercises and mindful moments. All built on the principles of breathing, movement, and relaxation, Katie's Kids Yoga strives to help kids develop strength, focus, confidence, flexibility, mindfulness and more! Katie’s Kids Yoga also combines Sel, art and movement in with our classes. We create a program for your setting. We follow all cdc guidelines, we have classes in person, socially distanced, virtual and pre recorded classes.
