Jade PMC, LLC (JPMC) was created for the express purpose of providing turn-key management services to our investor clients, that are purchasing multi-family rental properties. From marketing to on-site staff management, collections, and monthly financials reporting, our goal always is two-fold: to maximize our client’s return on investment, and to preserve and/or enhance the quality of their asset.
