Dr. Hisham Ashry graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he stayed on as a clinical professor in the Department of Orthopedics. He taught podiatric surgery residents and was involved with extensive foot and ankle related research. Dr. Ashry has published over 30 articles in medical literature and has lectured all over the United States and internationally. In 2000, he was named as “Young Practitioner of the Year” by the Texas Podiatric Medical Association. Recently, in 2021 he was listed as one of “America’s Top Podiatrists”.
