Health Force Inc. is a Medicare certified, Joint Commission accredited Home Health Agency operating in Palm Beach County. The home health care provided by Health Force includes all skilled needs defined by Medicare, such as Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Home Health Aide services. In addition, Health Force also offers Nutritional Counseling and Medical Social Worker consultations. All services must be ordered by a licensed physician, may require insurance authorization, and may be subject to insurance limitations.
