All care is supervised by one of our Registered Nurses. We offer Private Pay Rates for the following Services: Post- Hospitalization Care, Registered Nurses, Physical Therapy, Post-op Orthopedic Concierge Services, Respite Care, Hourly Care, In- Facility Care, Surgery Care, Personal Care: CNA's and HHA's to assist and provide "Hands on" care. Companion Care: For those needing limited but additional assistance in the home. Alzheimer's and Dementia Care: We look after the patients safety, well being and mental health.
