Pain is mostly a result, and a part of, the mechanism of injury and healing. Sometimes pain can be constantly present from ongoing injury or from a malfunction of your nervous system. Pain is also very much influenced by our emotions and this mutual influence is true in the opposite direction. Understanding these stated concepts and using this knowledge about pain cannot be absent in the daily task of controlling it.
