Cottonwood Acquisitions is a private company that has acquired more than 10 small businesses with $1 to $10 million of cash flow from retiring individual Sellers. We typically acquire great businesses and follow the recipe that the Seller created to make them great, rather than trying to "fix" them. We invest for the long term, with no intent to resell the businesses, and harvest the cash flows to acquire additional companies.
