The Atlantic Diving Team (ADT) is a year-round, privately run, lessons and competitive Springboard and Platform Diving Team located at Sailfish Splash Waterpark in stuart, FL. The Atlantic Diving Team is a certified USA Diving & AAU Junior, Senior and Master Diving Program. The goal of our program is to teach athletes lifelong skills including discipline, self-confidence, and team work as well as providing the opportunity to compete and advance in the sport of diving.
