We will perform a LIMITED VISUAL INSPECTION of the readily accessible installed systems and components of the building. Systems to be inspected are: foundations and structures, exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, central heating and air conditioning (weather permitting), insulation and ventilation, sprinkler systems, installed appliances, pool, spa. An inspection for termites will be done by a properly licensed company. Aries President, Fred Hagey, has been a State Certified Contractor since 1976, is a State Certified Building Inspector, a State Certified Home Inspector and is International Code Council Certified. All our inspections meet or exceed the standards of practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
